HEART TO HEART

Heart to heart was created over a two year period using a jewelers loop and a .03 mechanical pencil three ours a day.
The theme consists of heart shapes in seven layers stacked upon each other.
The hearts begin on the lower levels with four large sweeping hearts that comprise the borders of the drawing. Layered upon them are six more sets of four hearts. The hearts are in every instance opposing elements of dichotomy. There is a conscious play of Yin Yang throughout the drawing. Some are light while the others dark, some point away while others face each other. Some represent joy and their counterparts represent sorrow.
At the base the four large hearts point to the East, West, North and South representing all directions of this dimension. At each point a greater escorts you into all seven realms of never endings hearts large and barely seen.
Gardens of Archangel wings, Fallen angels dark pride, Souls, both lost and found.
Finishing at the peak with the dichotomy of good and evil in our life in humanity and nature.
